Loyalty Services Representative

Schedule: Flexible within 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM CDT

Are you great at connecting with people and turning challenges into opportunities? Join our team as a Loyalty Services Representative and help policyholders see the value in staying with us!

What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for policyholders considering cancellation.

Retain 22% of policies by showcasing benefits and offering solutions.

Handle up to 40 calls a day (average 10 minutes each) with empathy and professionalism.

Use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and keep customers happy.

Grow your career-start in retention and work your way into other sales roles!

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Previous call center or retention experience preferred.

Sales experience and insurance license? That's a plus!

Ability to stay calm and positive when speaking with upset customers.

Bilingual in Spanish? Even better!

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 1 year in a contact center environment.

This is a contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
