Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent

Join our team as a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Agent to provide outstanding support to our diverse customer base. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English and Spanish.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
  • Provide product and service information clearly and empathetically.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or departments as necessary.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
