Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can deliver outstanding service in both Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
Handle service inquiries, complaints, and product information requests in both languages.
Maintain accurate notes and customer logs.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a positive, helpful attitude.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Customer service or call center experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use standard office and customer tracking tools.
