A union organization is seeking a Benefits Customer Service/Administrative Support Clerk for a long-term, full-time position. You will assist members with questions in regard to their benefits, put together mailings, enter data into computer system, maintain records, prepare correspondence, and perform other general office duties as needed. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This is strictly an on-site position.
Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, must have extensive customer service skills, must be proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel with accurate data entry skills, must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to utilize sensitive information discretely. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. You will be tested on your knowledge of Word and Excel. This company offers benefits upon permanent hire.
