Loan Operations Quality Control

Position Type: Contract (3 months)

Expected Start Date: December 1, 2025

Pay Range: $22.93 - $24.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Loan Operations Quality Control role is responsible for ensuring data integrity within the loan system. This includes reviewing coding for booking new and renewed loans, verifying daily loan maintenance accuracy, and conducting technical reviews of loan documentation and approval documents. The position ensures correct identification of codes and accurate system input to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform technical review of loan system data for accuracy and integrity.
  • Verify coding for new and renewed loans and daily maintenance updates.
  • Review loan documentation and approval documents for compliance.
  • Ensure correct identification of codes and accurate system input.
  • Handle daily reports and manage large volumes of work efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer and Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume workloads.
  • Prior experience in Loan Operations or as a Lending Assistant.
  • Educational background relevant to the financial industry.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Previous experience as a Bank Teller.
  • Familiarity with loan processes and financial documentation.

Work Environment

On-site, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Office setting with standard equipment (telephone, computer, fax, copier).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.93 - $24.00/hr.
