What You'll Do
Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Guide members through digital banking tools, including mobile apps and online platforms.
Resolve inquiries promptly while offering consultative support tailored to member needs.
Open new accounts, memberships, and loans, identifying opportunities for additional services.
Support branch operations, including ATM balancing and compliance tasks.
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed performance goals.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales, customer service or financial services.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
Ability to work Monday-Friday (8:00 AM-5:30 PM) and occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM-12:00 PM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
