On-Target Earnings (OTE): $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (Approximately $54,000 - $61,000 annually based on scheduled hours)
Includes base pay, built-in overtime, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives

This position is ideal for someone who:
Many of our Store Managers began in this role or in customer-facing positions and advanced by consistently delivering strong results while building trusted teams.
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years or older
Valid driver's license
Prior supervisory, leadership, or high-performance sales experience
Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in retail sales leadership
Background in wireless, automotive, electronics, or specialty retail
Experience managing performance metrics and coaching team members
