General Assembler

We are looking to hire an entry level assembler here in Chandler, AZ. It is a long term opportunity. Candidates need to be mechanically inclined, have knowledge and experience with hand and air powered tools and be able to read a tape measure.

Position involves the assembly of a wide range of parts needed for the assembly of the larger units. Candidate could possibly be utilized as a machine operator for the Band Saw, Brake press, Plate Roller, Plasma Tables etc.

Additional skills & qualifications:

• 6+ months of assembly experience
• Able to read a tape measure
• Able to use hand and power tools
• 2+ years of construction experience
• Must have mechanical assembly, mechanic experience
• Electrical assembly highly preferred
• Any experience with press breaks, shears and basic CNC's a plus
• Blueprint reading a big plus

Job type & location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
