What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.

Control access by monitoring entrances, managing visitor check-in, and verifying credentials in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Monitor lobby, teller line, and ATM areas for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or requests for assistance.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, complete required reports, and document security-related activities per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or license.

Must be clean shaven (No Beards)

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
