Role Overview

The AI & Marketing Transformation Lead drives enterprise AI-enabled marketing and digital transformation initiatives across retail, CPG, travel, and B2B sectors. This role partners with C-suite leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, architect integrated MarTech ecosystems (Adobe, Salesforce, CRM, CDP, loyalty, AI platforms), and deliver ROI-driven roadmaps that accelerate growth, personalization, and operational efficiency.

This is a strategic transformation role-not a PMO or pure implementation position.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases with measurable revenue or EBIT impact.

Architect integrated MarTech and personalization strategies across Adobe, Salesforce, CRM, loyalty, and analytics platforms.

Build value-based business cases and executive-ready transformation roadmaps.

Lead multi-workstream digital transformation programs.

Advise C-suite leaders on AI investment, sequencing, and capability maturity.

Owns enterprise transformation vision and executive relationships.

Leads multi-million-dollar programs and drives origination.

Shapes AI and marketing transformation offerings.

Leads major transformation workstreams.

Develops AI and MarTech strategies and value cases.

Partners with senior leaders to deliver roadmap execution.

Here's What You'll Need

Minimum 10 years of experience in a marketing services delivery role within direct marketing, campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and/or marketing operations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position leading a team of global marketing services professionals.

Minimum 5 years of experience with transactional databases and marketing automation platforms/technologies; e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign/Unica, Siebel-Marketing, Oracle-CRM-Marketing, SAP-CRM-Marketing, Eloqua, Marketo

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
