Job Requirements: The Aggregate Sales and Procurement Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships to facilitate and support aggregate material sales. Additional responsibilities will include managing procurement processes with various departments for fleet management operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and customer service skills. The Sales and Procurement Manager must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external team members while providing frontline sales and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Candidates with a good driving record is a must, as travel to multiple locations will be required. Safety is a top priority at MCC, Inc. Managers are expected to work safely on all job sites, around all types of moving equipment and traffic. Additionally, all employees are expected to maintain compliance with all workplace rules and regulations according to company policy, and all governing agencies. MCC, Inc. is a versatile company that requires employees to cross-train on other duties or work-tasks as assigned.

Other Experience and Qualifications: Possess a valid state of Wisconsin driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required. Experience in the construction industry with knowledge of aggregate products preferred. Basic understanding of Excel and Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt to various computer programs through training. Possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills with the ability to take directives from a variety of people and departments to ensure efficient operations. Self-motivated with independent judgment skills to perform work tasks without supervision. Communication skills, both verbal and written; including the ability to provide and comprehend clear instructions or directions (both general and technical). Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment. Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to respond to emergencies quickly. High School Diploma or Equivalent, with an understanding of basic math skills preferred. Ability to assess various job site hazards and work safely to prevent accidents and injuries.
