We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Support professional to join our Human Resources team. This position will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a particular emphasis on assisting with Payroll and Benefits inquiries. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to employees, maintain accurate records, and help ensure seamless HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee payroll and benefits questions, providing timely and accurate information or directing inquiries as appropriate.
Assist in the administration and processing of payroll, including data entry, timesheet collection, and verification of employee information.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and responding to basic benefits-related queries.
Maintain confidential employee records and HR files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare HR-related communications, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding, offboarding, and status changes impacting payroll or benefits.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating HR-related events or training sessions.
Support general administrative duties (e.g., filing, scanning, correspondence, data management).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR, payroll, benefits administration, or general office administration preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/payroll systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Customer service-oriented approach to solving employee issues.
