Our client, a Primary Care Service company, is looking for an Administrative Support for their Scarsdale, NY location. Responsibilities:
Schedule management and scanning, appropriate follow up re/scheduling, strong knowledge of billing and insurance, monitoring patient feedback and assisting with outreach as necessary.
All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, Copay Collection, supporting in office providers with ad hoc asks, and desktop management.
Perform opening and closing duties/daily, office upkeep, including maintaining the look and feel of both patient and employee facing spaces, restocking supplies in waiting room, exam rooms and restrooms, and organization.
Requirements:
12 months of relevant work experience in customer service.
Healthcare experience preferred
