Under the general direction of the Administrative Officer, the Supervisor of Support Services coordinates multiple support services functions for the Office of Employee Relations (OER) and the New York State Labor-Management Committees (LMCs). Duties include but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and move pallets of boxes using a pallet jack. Must be able to move furniture with assistance from other staff. Experience with the Statewide Financial System, preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, preferred. Ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with others, a genuine team player.
Substitutions: four years of specialized experience or associate's degree and two years of specialized experience may substitute for bachelor's degree; J.D. or master's degree may substitute for one year of specialized experience; Ph.D. may substitute for two years of specialized experience.
