In this position, the candidate will contribute to the development and operation of advanced manufacturing technologies used to prototype and produce aerospace components. A major part of the role will involve operating and supporting industrial additive manufacturing equipment, as well as helping integrate additive processes into engineering development and production workflows. They will be joining a team of 4 other engineers and work closely as a team within research and development. The candidate will work closely with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and research groups to enable rapid prototyping, advance composite manufacturing capabilities, and support the creation of next generation aerospace structures.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.

Skills and Requirements
Engineering Degree - Mechanical, possibly Aerospace Engineering
Experience with 3D printer - additive manufacturing experience
1-5 years of experience within engineering
Familiarity with CNC machinery
Willing to work onsite in Middle River
