Coordinate and schedule off-site medical referrals
Enter referral data into patient management systems
Assemble and process escorted trip authorization packets
Track appointments, cancellations, and special instructions
Ensure compliance with client contracts and HIPAA
Manage and document medical records for off-site referrals
Facilitate weekly Utilization Review Committee meetings
Provide general clerical support
Multi-task across scheduling and calendar management

Skills and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer proficiency in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with confidential medical records
Experience in any of the following areas: admissions, medical office operations, patient account representation, program coordination, medical coding or billing, appointment scheduling, medical claims processing, or administrative support within a medical office setting
Ability to obtain & maintain security clearance - Medical terminology, symbols, abbreviations
Security clearance (any level)
State or government work
Medical credentials or certification (helpful but not required)
