Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rochester, New York. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional support to customers while ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, problem-solving, and managing customer accounts effectively.

Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Manage customer accounts, including order entry, billing, and accounts receivable processes.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Utilize ERP solutions such as Oracle to process orders and maintain accurate records.

Generate detailed reports to track performance and improve service delivery.

Handle phone communications with professionalism, ensuring all interactions meet quality standards.

Support medical coverage and billing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist in sales-related functions, including data entry and maintaining customer accounts.

Maintain a high level of accuracy while adhering to established office and quality standards.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to team efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.

Familiarity with billing functions, accounts receivable, and medical coverage processes.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle, and order entry principles.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of quality standards and phone etiquette in an environment that values precision and thoroughness.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
