Account Manager Wound Care Hospital

Why Account Manager Wound Care Hospital Role Matters

This new position has arisen as a result of the expansion of the Wound Care business, involving the presentation of commercial offers when securing new business or defending existing business in the region.

Here's how your contributions will shape meaningful outcomes:

  • Developing the Wound Care business in the hospital sector
  • Achieving sales targets in line with quarterly and annual sales plans
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, and representing the company in the market
  • Preparing and, if needed, supporting tenders (e.g. positioning, pricing), and implementing contractual agreements in accordance with guidelines and procedures
  • Gathering information on competitors' activities and monitoring the market

Regional responsibility: Lódz Voivodeship and west part of Masovian Voivodeship

Field-based work; occasional visits to the office in Warsaw and occasional international trips may be required

@type of contract: full-time

What you'll bring

Minimum 3 years in the B2B sales and marketing environment in hospital market

Experience in cooperation in wound care is an advantage

Independence in action in providing long-term sales projects

Ability to self-start and self-motivate under very limited supervision

Business and goal orientation

Well-developed work planning and organizational skills

Full professional proficiency in Polish and fluent English
