Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential to expanding our market presence and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with potential and existing clients via phone, email, social media, and virtual meetings.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct exploratory calls to understand customer challenges and identify tailored solutions.
- Proposal Development: Create accurate and persuasive quotes and proposals that highlight the benefits of Amos Mfg. products.
- Event Representation: Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our brand and products.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product development teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
