Bilingual Account Manager (Japanese/English)

We are seeking a bilingual account manager to support and grow client relationships in an international, cross-border business environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Japanese-speaking partners and U.S.-based internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, accurate execution, and high-quality account support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, culturally fluent, and comfortable managing ongoing client relationships within a structured, professional organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with Japanese-speaking clients and partners
  • Acting as the primary communication bridge between Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders
  • Coordinating account activity, timelines, and deliverables across internal departments
  • Preparing and reviewing client documentation, reports, and correspondence in both languages
  • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in all client-facing materials
  • Tracking account performance, follow-ups, and ongoing requests
  • Supporting contract execution, renewals, and account growth initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, sales operations, or a related role

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong follow-through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Japanese companies or international clients
  • Familiarity with cross-border business practices and documentation
