Our client, a technology company, is looking for an Account Manager for their Mountain View, CA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities include:
Making key contributions to the analysis of internal and external data and coordinating with cross-functional project teams to prepare data and to structure and execute analyses.
Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the supported product, service, and competitive landscape.
Producing interpretable insights from deep dives and data analysis. Delivering full pieces of data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers, partner teams, and leadership based on analyses and utilizing insights to influence others and drive change.
Driving key contributions to sharing and scaling of successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings internally and externally as appropriate (e.g., case studies, industry events, training contributions).
Identifying customer business objectives and setting sales strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal partners based on research and understanding of the customer.
Strategically partnering with customers and helping drive customer relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives. Making key contributions to building, growing, and maintenance of customer portfolios to help manage customers and to drive high-impact and long-lasting relationships.
Delivering on execution of sales strategies for specific markets and/or customers in collaboration with internal partners (e.g., account executives, product specialists) based on research and understanding of the customer.
Identifying revenue and growth opportunities within the market/customer and building a plan to prioritize and execute against these opportunities.
Making key contributions to review of revenue performance and projections for assigned areas. Sharing updates on opportunities and activities with large accounts to keep stakeholders informed and mitigate potential risks at a macro and micro level.
Crafting and delivering solutions to customers to achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth for us, with minimal guidance.
