In this individual contributor role, you will own a portfolio of Hub Delivery Partners across delivery stations in your assigned region. You will develop and execute territory plans that drive partner launch success, sustained high performance, and retention while collaborating cross-functionally with Station Operations Managers and Program Managers to solve complex problems in an evolving last mile delivery network.
Conduct performance reviews analyzing partner health and reliability metrics to provide data-driven recommendations.
Execute coaching interventions on operational best practices to achieve and maintain performance benchmarks.
Monitor performance trends and implement proactive interventions to prevent deactivation.
Serve as primary escalation point for partner issues, coordinating rapid resolution across internal teams.
Communicate operational impacts, program updates, and network changes with urgency and clarity to external stakeholders.
Act as partner advocate, channeling feedback to drive systemic improvements across Hub Delivery operations.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and formulate network-level operational improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions addressing partner pain points.
Partner with planning teams on volume forecasting and capacity optimization.
Support partner scaling initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Analyze territory performance data to identify expansion opportunities and risk mitigation.
2+ years of sales or account management experience.
Experience with Excel and CRM.
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
