Inbound Sales Consultant

Hiring Inbound Sales Consultants to work with a Finance & Accounting Software Company in Plano, TX!

Must be open to working a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite; 2 days remote)

Pay: $22/hr + monthly & weekly bonus incentives

Job duties:

  • One call/chat close
  • End to end sales cycle - leads will come through the queue via phone or chat. They have lead developers who will funnel these leads for them. Candidates are expected to have a sales conversation that will end once an order is placed.
  • Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about products
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
  • Recommend the right solutions based on need across the ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
  • Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
  • Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics

Qualifications:

  • Full cycle sales experience, taking a sale from prospect to close
  • The candidate they want can have a natural flowing conversation with confidence
  • Computer literacy, must be proficient in technology
  • IDEAL candidate has software sales.
  • They must have consultative sales experience dealing with tech or small businesses.
  • Job titles - account manager, business development, account executive

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.02 - $22.02/hr.
