2nd Shift Compounder Paying 21/hr

Compounder

We are seeking a dedicated Compounder to join our team for the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must be comfortable working weekends and up to 70 hours a week consistently. The role involves weighing and measuring bulk ingredients into manufacturing drums for blending, verifying formula records and work orders, confirming inventory levels and availability prior to batching, interpreting raw materials on batch sheets, verifying and staging raw materials to appropriate areas, and documenting all processing steps in the batch record. Adherence to cGMP, SOP, and OSHA guidelines is essential, and you will assist with cleaning and sanitizing the batch room, including mopping and washing utensils used in batching.

Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure bulk ingredients into manufacturing drums for blending.
• Verify formula records and work orders.
• Confirm inventory levels and availability prior to batching.
• Interpret raw materials on batch sheets.
• Verify and stage raw materials to appropriate areas.
• Document all processing steps in the batch record.
• Adhere to cGMP, SOP, and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the batch room.

Essential Skills

• Mixing and compounding experience.
• Production and blending knowledge.
• Batch mixing and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and write English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in batch mixing or compounding preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds.
• Standing for 8 hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
