Location: Shakopee MN

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30PM-1:00AM

Weekly Pay: $23-24/hr

Competitive + Raise Upon Hire + Quarterly bonus after your 1st year

What You'll Do

Assemble electrical and mechanical components into finished products

Use hand tools like screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and soldering irons

Cross-train in areas like testing, soldering, microscope work, and finishing

Perform electronic testing and quality inspections

What You Bring

Experience with hand tools, wiring, and small part assembly (especially PCBs)

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions

Familiarity with microscopes and soldering techniques

Work Environment

Large production floor with multiple assembly department - Will start all candidates in Magnet Assembly

Climate-controlled and safety-focused

No safety toe shoes required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00/hr.
