Ballistic Missile Defense Commander/Operations Manager

Sigma Defense is seeking a Ballistic Missile Defense Commander/Operations Manager to support our team in San Diego, CA.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 8 years' AD/BMD Mission Area experience as a qualified Tactical Action Officer (TAO), BMD Watch Officer, or CSC N0024426FS056.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the following areas:

Serving onboard an AEGIS DDG and or CG.

Scenario development/training/operation experience with Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF); Multi-System Automated Remote-Control Interface (MARCI).

Tactical Data Information Link generation systems supporting LOS Link 11(A)/16J, Satellite-J, Link 16, Global Command and Control System-Maritime (GCCS-M); Tactical Voice/Data Communications.

Naval Warfare Specialist: Warfare experience in implementation of Task Group Concept as an Air Defense Warfare Commander (AMDC/W), or as a senior staff member for a Task Group/Force Commander, or as a Senior Facilitator with equivalent experience training warfare commanders or senior staff members.

Naval Warfare operations or conducting training for naval warfare or equivalent joint experience.

Knowledge of:

The Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM)

Composite Warfare Commander construct

Command and Control, regarding surveillance, engagement, and planning functions required for each of the various numbered fleets

Staff and Fleet operations and planning procedures

Fleet Synthetic Training architecture

Personnel Clearance Level:

Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
