Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the planning and execution of diverse marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Collaborating in the social media area, especially LinkedIn & Instagram (content creation, editorial planning, community management)
• Insights into performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, KPI analyses)
• Creating engaging content with Canva for digital and analog channels
• Supporting the evaluation and optimization of campaigns
• Participating in rollout/marketing events, coordination with customers and internal projects

Qualification

What you should bring:

• Current studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, or similar
• Creativity, communication skills, talent for texts, and a sense for target audiences and visual communication
• First experience with Canva and common social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Interest in performance marketing and data-driven work
• Self-initiative, team skills, hands-on mentality, and a structured working style
• Enthusiasm for mobility, sustainability, and startup culture
• Very good German language skills
