We are currently looking for our:

HR Controlling Manager – (F/H)

You are under the responsibility of the Director of Social and Integrated Control within the Compensation & Benefits service.

Within URW, the HR Controller Specialist plays a key role in controlling personnel costs and producing strategic analyses to support the Group's decisions. This position combines financial rigor and HR expertise in a complex international environment.

Your main missions are as follows:

Salary Planning:

  • Develop, follow, and analyze the budget and forecasts of the Corporate in collaboration with the Organization, HRBP, Payroll, and Finance.
  • Lead the planning process for the Group's 13 countries: organization of kick-offs, training of local teams, and regular meeting facilitation.
  • Produce clear and concise analyses for the Management Board to inform strategic decisions.

HR Analytics:

  • Produce and analyze key HR indicators: headcounts, turnover, promotions, recruitment timelines (vacancy), organizational statistics, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and areas for improvement to propose recommendations that promote efficiency and talent retention.
  • Conduct ad hoc studies for operational staff and management in line with business priorities.

You are the right person for this position if:

Must Have:

You have a higher education degree from a Grande Ecole de Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent university degree in management control/audit or Human Resources (Statistics or Management Control option). You have a minimum of 3 years of experience (including internships and apprenticeships) in Management Control, ideally gained in a large international company.

You have a strong taste for numbers, you are rigorous, proactive, and autonomous.

You have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and demonstrate discretion and confidentiality.

You can evolve in a complex and international environment, adapt to multiple stakeholders, and manage multiple subjects simultaneously.

You have a strong capacity for adaptation, can challenge the status quo, and propose innovative solutions to improve processes.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and speak fluent English.

You are proficient in computer tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and are comfortable with reporting tools. Knowledge of Workday, Workday Adaptive, and Power BI is a plus.
