Role Summary

The main mission of this position is to support the in-store team to create an environment that fosters creativity, encourages team development, and reflects the Urban Outfitters philosophy. You will be an ambassador of the "Peers Training Peers" philosophy.

What You'll Be Doing

Personality:

• Offer the customer a pleasant experience by proposing your services in the form of conversation.
• Be available and attentive to customers.
• Offer a customer experience that meets the brand's excellence criteria during mystery shopping sales.
• Contribute to the general atmosphere of the store by displaying a positive, respectful, and helpful attitude towards others.
• Be a brand ambassador by respecting its values and acting as an example within the team.

Teamwork & Communication:

• Work productively with others to achieve a common goal.
• Help in the training and development of team members.
• Take care to communicate in a positive and effective manner with all team members.
• Participate actively in daily meetings.

Missions:

• Be efficient in your missions (at the cash registers, during the dispatch of goods and in the fitting rooms).
• Participate in the new dispatch of goods, help the team to receive/store the products, keep the storage areas clean and organized.
• Participate in the rapid and precise execution of weekly tasks (markdowns, rerouting, transfers, and RTV).
• Be sensitive to loss prevention policies and respect all inventory control measures.
• Respect the company's safety and health rules.

Setup and Merchandising:

• Respect the merchandising and cleanliness guidelines.
• Check the labeling of the goods and the supply of the sales areas.
• Collaborate on merchandising and display projects to develop sales.
• Be aware of current trends and products.

What You'll Need

• Experience in sales – not mandatory.
• Know the Urban Outfitters brand and its impact on the local market.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
