Marketing & Sales Associate – Urban Air Orlando Hamlin
This is an entry-level, full-time role ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. The position is split between Sales and Marketing responsibilities and reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager based in Orlando, FL. You will focus on executing local activities and community engagement as directed by centralized leadership.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations
- Qualify, follow up with, and manage leads for group events such as field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and team events
- Attend community events to promote the park and generate new leads
- Forward qualified leads to the Marketing & Sales Manager for support with closing
- Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events
- Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Execute local promotions and events as defined by the Marketing & Sales Management team
- Maintain in-park signage and flyers
- Assist with special events and in-park activations
- Create and post short-form TikTok content, following direction and guidelines provided by the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable with cold calling and creating content
- Able to work independently with remote guidance
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media tools
- Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working on weekends whenever events are scheduled
- Comfortable working on-site at the park on a regular basis
