Marketing & Sales Associate – Urban Air Orlando Hamlin

This is an entry-level, full-time role ideal for someone who's organized, proactive, and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment. The position is split between Sales and Marketing responsibilities and reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager based in Orlando, FL. You will focus on executing local activities and community engagement as directed by centralized leadership.

Sales Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls and outreach to schools, churches, PTAs, HOAs, sports teams, businesses, and local organizations
Qualify, follow up with, and manage leads for group events such as field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and team events
Attend community events to promote the park and generate new leads
Forward qualified leads to the Marketing & Sales Manager for support with closing
Support bookings for field trips, Spirit Nights, birthday parties, and other group events
Submit weekly activity reports and join weekly check-in calls

Marketing Responsibilities:

Execute local promotions and events as defined by the Marketing & Sales Management team
Maintain in-park signage and flyers
Assist with special events and in-park activations
Create and post short-form TikTok content, following direction and guidelines provided by the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency

Qualifications:

Strong communication and follow-through
Comfortable with cold calling and creating content
Able to work independently with remote guidance
Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media tools
Organized, reliable, and eager to learn
Comfortable working on weekends whenever events are scheduled
Comfortable working on-site at the park on a regular basis
