The Senior Project Analyst is a customer facing role working within the UPS SCS SPL (Service Parts Logistics) department supporting IT and operational based customer projects. Projects are varied and include improving processes and services within the UPS EMEA SPL network and evaluating and creating cases for making required IT changes within a customer dedicated WMS (Warehouse Management System). Each project involves analysis to capture all requirements on operational and WMS changes needed and assessment of any financial impact prior to internal and customer approval process as part of the end-to-end change management process.
