Este puesto es responsable de brindar soporte a clientes internos y externos, ofreciendo un buen servicio al cliente interno y externo.
Las actividades del cargo, entre otras:
- Rastrear y hacer seguimiento a los env铆os de importaci贸n, para asegurar que se entreguen a tiempo al cliente.
- Buscar informaci贸n con el remitente para lograr entregar env铆os en destino
- Responder ERN de exportaci贸n a trav茅s de proactive
- Actualizar informaci贸n en sistemas de UPS
- Mantener el control y notificaci贸n a clientes de las novedades env铆os de formal.
- Ofrecer soporte proactivo a los clientes.
- Responder correos electr贸nicos de clientes internos y externos
Se requiere:
- Conocimiento b谩sico de los requisitos para importaci贸n y exportaci贸n bajo la modalidad de expr茅s.
- Ingl茅s b谩sico mayormente escrito
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente
- Manejo de herramientas ofim谩ticas
- Jornada laboral diurna, con disponibilidad para apoyar en operaciones especiales.
