Marketing Automation Senior Analyst

The Marketing Automation Senior Analyst is responsible for the development, execution, analysis, and optimization of global email and marketing automation strategies and campaigns of all levels of complexity. He/She collaborates with multiple, cross-functional internal and external groups, globally, on campaign strategy, requirements, build, testing, reporting, analysis, and optimization. He/She creates all aspects of campaigns in the marketing automation system and provides direction to third-party vendors who deploy emails on behalf of UPS. The Marketing Automation Senior Analyst conducts creates target lists and performs analyses to assess, measure, and optimize campaign targeting and performance. He/She also supports the ongoing management of the marketing automation system and related components. This position may supervise the Marketing Automation Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or directly with marketing automation tools or an email service provider: Marketo (preferred), Salesforce, Pardot, Eloqua, Acoustic, Act-On, HubSpot, Listrak, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, etc.
  • Experience creating target lists for marketing campaigns and proficient with relational databases and analytics tools: Microsoft Access, Oracle Data Warehouse, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data (over 1M records) from multiple data sources, derive insights, and make recommendations for future strategies
  • Self-directed and able to successfully project manage the lifecycle of numerous marketing automation campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office. Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position. Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
