This position helps UPS provide excellent service and generate value for customers by following processes and providing solutions that drive growth. It also contributes to identifying and overcoming barriers to the success of employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with package-related questions and collaborate with other UPS employees to find solutions that facilitate delivery when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge about objectives and performance results.
• Meet or exceed the "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI) metrics, such as customer survey results, quality, time impact to the client, and adherence to the schedule, among others.
• Propose ideas and solutions to improve the UPS experience.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills and active listening.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or general administrative functions (preferred).
