This position helps UPS provide excellent service and generate value for customers by following processes and providing solutions that facilitate their growth. This position helps UPS identify and overcome the barriers that prevent the success of employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with package questions and collaborate with other UPS employees to find solutions that facilitate delivery when necessary.
• Stay updated on performance objectives and results.
• Meet or exceed the key performance indicators (KPI) metrics (i.e., customer survey scores, quality, time impact on customer, and schedule compliance, etc.).
• Propose ideas and solutions to improve the UPS experience.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and listening skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision and great attention to detail.
• Customer service or general administration experience: preferred.
• High school diploma or higher, college preferred.
• English preferred.
• Office skills. Word processors.
• High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attendance.
• 44 hours weekly schedule.
