Job Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with package-related questions and collaborate with other UPS employees to find solutions that facilitate delivery when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge and follow up on performance objectives and results.
  • Meet or exceed the "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI) metrics, such as customer survey scores, quality, time to customer impact, and adherence to schedule, among others.
  • Present ideas and solutions to improve the experience at UPS.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and active listening.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience or general administrative functions – Preferred.
