Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with package-related questions and collaborate with other UPS employees to find solutions that facilitate delivery when necessary.
- Maintain knowledge and follow up on performance objectives and results.
- Meet or exceed the "Key Performance Indicators" (KPI) metrics, such as customer survey scores, quality, time to customer impact, and adherence to schedule, among others.
- Present ideas and solutions to improve the experience at UPS.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and active listening.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment, with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
- Customer service experience or general administrative functions – Preferred.
