In this role, you will lead a team of Field Sales Support Analysts, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality support for Sales across multiple countries.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating workload, monitoring performance, driving process compliance, and providing coaching and development opportunities for team members. You will act as the main point of contact for Sales and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and timely resolution of requests.
The position requires proven people leadership skills, strong process knowledge, and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of Field Sales Support processes is an advantage, as is proficiency in an additional language from the countries supported by the team.
