Representante de Servicio al Cliente telef贸nico enfocado en las solicitudes de nuestros clientes con respecto a: Cobranzas, cotizaciones, env铆os, entregas, procesos de exportaci贸n e importaci贸n, aclaraciones de facturaci贸n, investigaciones de p茅rdidas o da帽os e informaci贸n general. Debe tener disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes en turnos rotativos desde la 1:00 a. m. hasta la 1:00 p. m. (TELETRABAJO 100%)
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en 谩reas de servicio al cliente
- Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes entre la 2:00 am y la 2:00 pm (Turnos rotativos)
- Medell铆n y Area metropolitana
