Responsibilities:
- Manage communications with customers and the network via phone, email
- Monitor orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Update data in company systems
- Manage returns, complaints, stock, anomalies, phone reservations, document scans, inventory
- Keep shipping documentation up to date
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Logistics degree is a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics roles (preferred)
- B1 level knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of main computer tools (Office package) – software to be removed
- Excellent communication, relational, and proactive skills
- Orientation towards problem solving and the customer
- Ability to work well in a team
