The Customer Invoice Support department manages customer communication via e-mail, checking and analyzing invoices for errors, clarifying fees, and initiating claims if necessary.

Your tasks:

  • Address customer inquiries related to billing, invoices, and credit notes that are submitted via email,
  • Offer customers relevant and helpful information, as well as potential solutions to their inquiries or concerns,
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as generating reports and maintaining databases

Your qualifications:

  • Very good German language skills
  • Good English language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
