The APAC Healthcare GFF Service Excellence Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Drive the regional implementation & expansion of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) equivalent certification.
- Ensure the stations maintain & comply with the required standards of the GDP equivalent certifications.
- Streamline & standardize processes & documentation to ensure consistent standards across all stations.
- Support to address strategic customers complaints, issue resolution, root cause analysis & CAPA (corrective actions preventive actions) and invest effort to ensure operations excellence.
- Conduct regular performance review and reporting.
- Facilitate Healthcare related training
- Support on implementation of new strategic initiatives or technologies.
