Unique opportunity to work with the Haven's dynamic Community Service Coordination team with a focus on individuals and families staying in local hotels. This role has become available due to an internal staff move to another position. The person in this position will eventually be based out of the Haven's brand-new Leahy Shelter and Resource Center upon its expected opening in August, 2026. We are seeking open-minded, strengths-based candidates who have experience working collaboratively with community partners, have strong interpersonal skills, and are invested in working with adults and families who are experiencing homelessness. In this role, you will build trusting relationships and help our clients access resources to obtain and sustain permanent housing and support them in achieving their goals.

This is a full-time, site-based, Monday to Friday position and the salary range is $52,000 to $57,000 depending on education and experience. Some evening hours may be required along with local travel using a work vehicle or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
