UPMC Presbyterian is hiring a Supervisor, Specialty Imaging Services to lead our Ultrasound team across UPMC Presbyterian, Falk, and Montefiore.

Schedule: Steady daylight hours, Monday–Friday, with the flexibility of 24/7 accountability to support your team and ensure exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide leadership through orientation, training, and annual evaluations
• Maintain efficient workflows, staffing, and communication across the department
• Recognize and empower staff while keeping the patient experience front and center
• Oversee policies, procedures, QA initiatives, and safety standards
• Partner in hiring decisions, budgeting, and cost management
• Ensure quality control testing, equipment performance, and timely repairs
• Stay current with industry advancements and foster a culture of continuous learning

• 4 years of imaging experience required.
• Associate's degree in radiologic technology preferred.
• Active ARDMS certification is highly preferred.
• Previous Ultrasound experience is highly preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Effective analytical ability and interpersonal skills
• Graduate from an ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB Accredited School.
• CPR or BLS Required.
• CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
• ARRT Certificate OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification (NMTC) OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) OR Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
