In this leadership role, you will oversee environmental services for UPMC Presbyterian as well as several off-site facilities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient satisfaction. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors while driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of service and accountability.

This is a Monday through Friday daylight position, but flexibility is essential—our ideal candidate is prepared to adjust hours and provide leadership across all shifts as needed to support our hospital operations.

About The Kamin Tower

The Kamin Tower at UPMC Presbyterian (opening in January 2027) is shaping the future of hospital care—and the dedicated teams that support the environment are essential to that mission. A state-of-the-art building designed with safety, efficiency, and comfort of employees, patients, and visitors in mind, the tower offers a modern workplace where every employee can do their best work, every day.

Standing at 17 stories and one million square feet, the tower includes thoughtfully designed rooftop gardens, flexible outdoor spaces, and 636 all private patient rooms with the latest in patient care technology. Whether you're maintaining a safe and welcoming environment or keeping essential systems and equipment running, you're contributing to the healing experience of every patient and family who walks through the doors.

This is more than a place to work; it's an opportunity to shape the future of health care while making a lasting impact on the Pittsburgh community.
