We're seeking a patient services representative who brings professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills to every patient interaction. This is a fast-paced, patient-facing role supporting a busy specialty practice.
This position offers a consistent monday–friday schedule, alternating between 7:30 am–4:00 pm and 8:00 am–4:30 pm shifts (8 hours). No weekends, holidays, on-call, travel, or evening shifts.
In this role, you'll greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect co-pays, and provide exceptional front-desk customer service. You'll manage incoming patient calls and messages, assist with scheduling appointments and procedures, and maintain the scheduling inbox and waitlist. You'll also scrub upcoming schedules, optimize provider templates, and proactively fill appointment gaps to ensure efficient clinic flow.
Additional responsibilities include scheduling follow-up visits, scanning documents into patient charts, and collaborating closely with surgery schedulers, clinical staff, and providers to support seamless patient care.

Previous scheduling or registration experience is preferred. Epic experience is a plus, but not required. If you enjoy multitasking, helping patients navigate their care, and thriving in a busy front-office environment, this role may be a great fit.
Completion of high school graduate or equivalent is required. Experience with personal computer-based applications, other various office equipment and proficient typing skills are preferred. Two years of experience in a medical/billing/fiscal or customer service function is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred. Prior experience with medipac, epic, or other health records systems is preferred.
