A Patient Services Representative welcomes, educates patients on copayments and financial obligations, collects payments, schedules appointments, and updates patient information. They promote new technologies, connect patients to financial resources, and foster a culture of service excellence, ensuring a positive UPMC experience for patients and families. This is a non-patient facing position.
This position will primarily work Monday through Friday daylight shifts from 7a - 3:30p or 7:30a - 4p.
