We invite friendly, service-oriented professionals to apply for our Patient Services Representative position with Clarion Community Medicine, where you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient patient experience. In this role, you will greet patients, assist with check-in, collect payments, and support scheduling and follow-up care within the practice. You'll help patients navigate their financial responsibilities, insurance information, and digital tools such as the MyUPMC Patient Portal. This full-time position will work Monday through Friday. Typical office hours are 7:00am to 5:00pm, with extended patient hours on Monday and Tuesday until 7:00pm. The selected candidate will work 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday with some scheduling flexibility. Occasional travel to other office locations in the Northwest region may be required based on staffing needs.
