The UPMC Mercy Vision Institute, located in the Mercy Pavilion at 1622 Locust Street in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our high-volume, fast-paced ophthalmology practice. Our clinic serves an average of 250–350 patients each day, and we are looking for team members who thrive in a dynamic, rapidly moving environment while providing exceptional patient care. This daylight-only role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with start times varying based on clinic needs. The office is typically open between 6:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Travel is rare (5% or less) and only occurs in exceptional short-staffing situations to support our satellite offices.
