UPMC East is currently hiring a regular, fulltime General Maintenance 2 - HVAC/Service Tech to work various shifts including day, evening and overnight. This position will also have weekend and holiday responsibility.

Responsibilities
- Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors.
- Clean coils and equipment.
- Clean, paint, and maintain mechanical and plant rooms/centers.
- Filter changes in air handlers, terminal devices and fan coils.
- Maintain/prepare job site/shop.
- Minor preventive maintenance of chillers, boilers and cooling towers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years general maintenance-related work experience OR completion of a trade school required.
- Military experience considered.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
- Driver's License
- Act 34
