This position will work daylight shifts Monday through Friday, as well as rotating evenings and weekends. Hours and travel requirements are subject to change based on business needs.
Under the general direction of the Manager/Coordinator, the Clinical Support Specialist III performs a broad range of clinical support services with an active customer interface, serving as a team leader and resource individual to ensure efficient provision of services. Duties will also include but are not limited to, greeting, and registering patients, rooming patients, triaging phone lines, scheduling appointments, supporting the staff with administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service and patient care.
